Easy to access from terminal 4. Property was great, clean and very quiet. I had a great sleep. I had an early departure from T3 and I wish I knew T4 is the odd terminal, as is not on the same line of connection as the others. You need to get the underground from there which is free but on trains run every 30 mins (at least on Sunday early morning). So it took me over an hour to get from T4 to my gate at T3. Not a big deal but something to keep in mind if you have an early flight!

Location and a much better review compare to the competitions around Heathrow hotels, convenient Hoppa bus shuttles which is not complimentary and cost £6.80 pp one way and runs every 30 minutes. Breakfast schedules 5am to 10am on. Mia at the guest service is amazing, thorough and helpful, with a smile 😊 if you are on T4 there’s a link to the Airport and it is a 6-10 minutes walk depends on how fast you walk.

Spot on for off the airport train to T4 up to arrivals and turn left. Go past the bike racks and overhead bridge (so covered walkway). Then you can’t miss the combo Crowne Plaza / Holiday Inn Express hotel building (signs on building). Less than a 3 to 5 minute walk. Excellent last night location before flying out next morning. Remember you can get a FREE train transfer to T2/3/5 by using the machine (clearly marked) which give yourself 30 minutes in case you miss the first train to change to another terminal at Heathrow.

The location - very good as it was linked with T4. Direction and signage was very clear. Easier to go out to the city as well due to underground / elizabeth lane in T4 Services - staffs were very helpful. I was on standby flight ticket and was assigned to the next flight (from early morning flight to late evening flight) and the staff helpfully allowed me to store my luggage after check out and i can stay at the lobby lounge which is wayyy comfortable than airport chair. Breakfast - were good enough for a simple breakfast and they have vegetarian sausage options. Also pastries selection and coffee / tea can be opted for “to go” for people who rush for their flight. The airport trolley can be use until reach the room and vice versa so it was easier for solo traveller like me

Such a great traveller's hotel - short walk from Heathrow T4, even with luggage. Check in breezy, staff knowledgeable and helpful. Room decor simple but so so well designed. Loved the comfy chair for either desk or just sitting - so many hotels miss this. Full English Breakfast included was excellent - a real surprise. For a big place at the busiest airport they just get it right! Great value for money.

Excellent location! The hotel is located within walking distance (no more than 5 mins) to Terminal 4 and you walk through a sort of inside bridge, so you don't even have to go outside. We had dinner at the restaurant, and it was great although slightly pricey. You cannot hear any noise from outside the room. They also offered to pack our breakfast as we left earlier than when breakfast was served. The only issue was that we were supposed to pick it up at 4am but we were late (4:30am) so they had taken it away, which was our fault. So if you book to get your packed breakfast, make sure you go on time.

I was delighted to find there was a link bridge from Terminal 4 to the hotel and there was just 5-7 minutes sheltered walk between the two. The staff were all very welcoming, polite and helpful. I sent a document to be printed and collected it within 10 minutes. The facilities were spotless and comfortable. I liked the pull out bedside spot light. One firmer pillow rather than 4 soft ones would be appreciated. Good breakfast - both cereal/fruit and cooked breakfast enjoyed in a quiet room - much appreciated not to be drowned in loud music early in the morning!

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, all of which are important to me. The staff were friendly throughout. My only problems were technical ones. No one told me the reason for the second key, or that I had to use the key to operate the lift. I had never encountered a two key hotel stay so spent several minutes trying to figure out how to get the lights to work. I also had difficulty getting onto the WiFi an d had to return to the desk to finish that process. I see that there is signage in the elevators about using the key, so I take responsibility for my failure to read that at first. In the room when I was trying to get the lights to work, I tried getting information via the tv screen re hotel accommodation and found no help regarding how to bring electricity to the room. There was no signage where the key needed to be inserted and there was no information about this feature in the printed material left for visitors to read about the hotel. Since you accommodate many world visitors whose home countries’ hotels don’t operate with the same procedures, I believe it would benefit your guests to make operating the room more clear cut. That is the only complaint I have. It is a fine facility.

I am travelling with my wife and toddler for a long haul holiday and stayed the evening before an early flight. I parked up outside the main door, unloaded baggage and took it with my family to our room, the reception staff were friendly and said it was no problem leaving my car for 15-20 mins before I took it to the meet and greet parking at T4 which was a few mins drive away. I returned to the hotel using the covered bridge in the departures lounge, 5 min walk, max. The room was clean, good sized even with very large suitcases and the restaurant food was very good. Generally, the hotel is very impressive, with super friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was amazing. The journey to the departure area of T4 takes 5 mins to walk, is completely covered and there are trolleys for your baggage at the hotel. I have travelled extensively and cannot fault the price, location, cleanliness, staff or experience generally. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is the best airport hotel I've stayed at in the UK. Granted, the restaurant may be a trifle expensive and the drinks selection in the bar is expensive and a little limited, but the rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable and quite well equipped. USB sockets would be welcome, but you can't have everything. The staff are excellent and focused on customer service, and it's obvious that unlike most English hotel staff they're aiming for a career in hospitality, rather than waiting around until they get a berth on Love Island or sleep with a footballer. A powerful example of why this country - like others - needs to liberalise its immigration policies, and recruit the top talent the world has to offer.
